Prior to joining Lotus Group, engineer Amr served for five years as general manager, board member & shareholder of Alyasmein International for Trade & Contracting Co., This was preceded by a 2-years career at Hassan Allam Co. where he worked as a site engineer.
 

Graduate from Alexandria university, faculty of Engineering, civil engineering department year1986, Trained at Thyssen Group Germany for four consecutive summer holiday, in construction sites in Germany..

In October 1996 he was registered as an (IRCA) Internal Quality Auditor after passing Internal Quality Audit course for ISO 9002.
Along these years he enhanced his work by a lot of managment computer skills and implementing Lotus ERP system throughout different companies Including CRM Customer Relationship managment,SCM Supply Chain Managment, HR Human Resources,AIS Acounting Information System, FAIS,MAIS,PMIS.... and QAIS.
